Please contact your Club Representative/Club registrar to affiliate early in the year in order to take full advantage of the tournament calendar and the WAFA programs.
PROCEDURE FOR AFFILIATION IN 2007 – complete the enclosed affiliation form both front and back, provide correct payment and forward it to your club registrar ONLY. DO NOT POST ON TO WAFA.
To stream line affiliation, clubs will be forwarding on all paperwork to WAFA.
